Amethyst provide escapology & illusion consultancy for TV, Film and Theatre, using over 15 years experience to draw on and create original and custom made effects to a company’s specifications. They have consulted for the BBC, CITV and ITV. Most recently working as escapology consultant for the new BBC Drama ‘Sherlock’. They have also created stunning visual effects for museums, theatres, theme parks and corporate events. Amethyst also have a variety of custom made illusions and escapes available for hire, please email them for further details. They also have a vast collection of antique handcuffs to fit any period and style as well as theatrical effects to hire. Many of their props have featured in plays, period dramas, films and TV programmes.
Please note that all our hired illusions come with professional training and an illusion technician. Illusions will only be hired once a contract and secrecy agreement is signed.
