Amethyst tour their highly acclaimed lectures in the UK and overseas performing at a variety of events including magic societies, cruises, corporate and private events.
They currently have 2 lectures available:
‘In the footsteps of Houdini’, a fascinating lecture detailing Houdini’s life, featuring facts, stories and visual aids. Highlighting many of Houdini’s publisicised and unpublicised feats, starting at the very beginning of his career and spanning right through to his death in 1926.
‘The Grand Masters of Illusion’, a factual and fun insight into the world of magic and illusion, detailing prominent magicians of the past right through to modern day illusionists.
Both lectures feature antique memorabilia, archive newspaper and film footage, ensuring their lectures are very visual and interactive.
Amethyst are completely self contained providing their own pa system, projector and screen with both lectures ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours or tailored to suit individual needs.
Amethyst also perform magic and escapology workshops, specialising in executive workshops for corporate clients – ideal for team building exercises etc.
